REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise stated in writing, there is no refund for coaching or consulting time that has been purchased. If you have concerns and let me know about them before purchasing, I may make special arrangements that will be given to you in writing.
For monthly coaching, the phone conversation (or conversation using computer software) you have with me or my assistant is for the purpose of determining whether or not to move forward with personal coaching/consulting/training. If special arrangements, considerations or agreements are requested, they must be made during that initial consultation and must be confirmed by email or some form of written documentation.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
If a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for cancellation of an appointment, it can be rescheduled for a later time. If I do not receive a 24 hour notice, it can not be rescheduled. I will be unable to rearrange my schedule and make good use of that time. All rescheduled coaching appointments must be rescheduled within a 4 week period following the cancelled appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The purpose of coaching is to help you so it is my personal policy to attempt as much flexibility as possible when feasible, in situations where there are emergencies and cancellations are necessary.
